For reservations of 1–6 guests, you will have access to the ground-floor house, which includes 4 bedrooms.

For reservations of 7–8 guests, you will still have 4 bedrooms, but you can choose either one of the ground-floor bedrooms or the top-floor apartment as part of your stay.

For reservations of 9–10 guests, you will have full access to both the ground floor and the top-floor apartment.

If you’d like to use the apartment on top floor with a lower occupancy, please note the price will increase.

This property is located in a residential area: parties, events or any activity that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited.
Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.
Smoking is not allowed indoors (only on outdoor terraces or balconies with care for furniture and grass).
A €1000 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages. Fully refundable after departure, subject to inspection.
Please check the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and report any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.
