The Steading is located two miles from the town of Mintlaw. On a small cul-de-sac with only 7 houses, The Steading is located in a quiet setting in the country. We have lots of space for parking at the house which can be easily accessed from two entrances.
The local area has lots of exciting things to do from Aden Country Park, to Haddo house and many golfing and driving ranges to explore. This side of aberdeenshire has many beautiful sights to be discovered and enjoyed.

Our beautiful home is in a remote location just 2 miles from the small town of Mintlaw. While you can explore the local and surrounding areas, our home offers potential to relax and stay within the house grounds if you want and still have the best time. From our BBQ HUT with a wood burner, to our selection of games to keep the little ones entertained. We even have games that the adults can enjoy - our favourite is `BEAT THAT` you will have hours of endless fun if you choose to stay!!
