Located on Via Palestrina 9, a stone's throw from the vibrant Corso Buenos Aires, this bright 50 m² apartment on the 3rd floor with lift is the ideal solution for a couple, a family or a group of friends (up to 4 people) who wish to explore Milan with style and comfort.



Forget the car: the location is strategic! With the metro (Lima or Porta Venezia stops) you can reach the Duomo in just 5 minutes, the Central Station in 10 minutes on foot and enjoy shopping on the longest shopping street in Europe, literally just a few metres from home.



The Space

The apartment was designed to offer you a carefree stay, where everything is within reach.



Day Area and Kitchen: Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a modern and functional environment. The American induction kitchen is fully equipped and will not leave you wanting: refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, utensils, coffee maker and kettle. Perfect for preparing a quick breakfast before meetings or an Italian dinner to share.



Night Area: The double bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity, equipped with a TV and a comfortable wardrobe. The living area integrates a double sofa bed, ensuring the same comfort for all guests.



Services: The house is equipped with all comforts for every season: central heating for the winter and air conditioning for the hot Milanese summers. We have also thought of small details such as the hairdryer, iron and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. No shared spaces, only your privacy.
