This is a 1B/1B 2nd-floor end unit condo -- just steps away from the beach! Cool off at the pool! Catch sight of a dolphin or manatee! Look for shells. Fish off the dock. You will love how quiet and relaxing this place is!
Condo has queen bed in bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa in living room (max. occupancy is 3). One bath (tub/shower). Cable TV, wifi internet access provided, AC/heat, non-smoking, no pets. Fully furnished - dishes, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens, bath and beach towels, hair dryer, iron and board, and clothes hangers. Swimming pool with tiki hut tables. Picnic area. Our condo passed down from my parents, who owned it for many, many years. I can still remember my dad, mom, grandma, 4 siblings, me and luggage squeezed into our Ford station wagon traveling from Indiana to the condo for summer vacation. Memories forever. Although my wife, our daughter and I do not get to the condo as often as we would like to these days, we are thankful for a great place to relax and unwind when we need to.
