Perfect getaway location to rejuvenate. First-floor condo unit in a quiet complex, with dedicated parking space and ample guest parking. In-suite washer/dryer. Granite countertop kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Close to downtown Stuart, Jupiter, West Palm Beach. Wifi internet and cable included. Master bedroom with King bed. Second bedroom with queen beds. Pull -out couch in the living room. Welcome to your Hutchinson Island escape!!!

The rental period must commence near the beginning of the month and terminate near the end of the month. Seasonal rates for December-April may be higher.
Discount available for an extended stay during May-October.

Great spot walking distance from beach!

Overall good experience. Owners are fantastic. Would of given it a 5 if it weren’t for construction being done in the summer months which is out of the control of the owners. This issue was worked out by them. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo is pleasant, clean, and quiet. It is located in a fantastic golf course setting right next to the beach. No problems or disappointments of any kind. The community pool is very warm and the beach is a very short walk. The condo is well stocked with beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, and plenty of towels. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Quiet retreat

This property is clean, well-maintained and quiet. Quick, easy walk to the beach and pool is just steps away. We particularly appreciated the availability of fans in each bedroom (since we use them to sleep) and beach items (umbrella, chairs, toys) since we came from far and could not bring them ourselves. Kitchen is well stocked as is laundry room - coming home with clean clothes was definitely a bonus. The only thing I want to mention is that the table in the pictures is no longer there and in its place is a bar height table with stools - not great for some kids, but it worked for mine. We will definitely ask to book again!

Quiet, clean and close to the beach

We had a great time as a family of four at this quiet and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive from Bathtub Reef Beach which was wonderful. The community pool was great too.

Nice but the unit needs some things.

Unit needs: Mirror in twin bedroom There is no kitchen cabinet space tp put your groceries. All the cabinets have dishes, glasses, bowls, pans, etc. Needs lightweight summer blankets The floor fans are noisy and not effective. Ceiling fans are needed to help circulate the air in the unit. Places I have stayed before provided cleaning products. Very few here. Had to buy them. Furnishings are cold. The

The condo has climate control and the temperature can be adjusted to each guest's preference. We have provided a thinner comforter in the bedrooms and there is a state-of-the-art Dyson fan in the bedroom. We are sorry that there were items that you thought were lacking. Recently updated property. Everything in working order and very clean. Heated pool. Enjoyed our 2 week stay. NOTE: Pool use has a restriction that all children must be potty trained. No diapers nor swimming diapers are allowed. Apparently an HOA restriction.

Had an issue with the door code when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. This was an outstanding property with everything you could ever need. The owners truly tried to provide all the essentials you would need for your stay. Loved the location and the views. A quiet place to stay

This property was very quiet and clean. There were a few very minor issues, but the owner quickly rectified the situation. Very close to Publix with easy access to several of the beaches in the area. The condo has everything you need for the beach so you don't have to worry about beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. I will stay here again in the future.

This is a wonderful place to rent. Nicely decorated, but not full of small items that are in the way. Great pool, close to the beach, but on the other hand quite and away from the main road. Apartment had every thing you might need. We enjoyed a screen balcony . Thanks for letting us rent it and we are hoping to come back in the future.

Great living space in a quiet and friendly community. Close to everything we wanted to do, town, beaches and bike trails. Owners were super accommodating. Unit provided everything short term residents needed to get by. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.
