Rosa was receptive, even coming out to the house at 11pm. However there are too many things that simply don’t work well - the heat doesn’t work and the house remained very cold, the doors don’t close well, the doors don’t close well the showers are a big problem, leaking water everywhere, the yard in u kept. There is so much potential but it really needs some maintenance.
