This large and charming townhouse on Østergade is located in the heart of cozy Ringkøbing – just a few minutes' walk from both the harbour, Ringkøbing Fjord and the town's atmospheric square. Here you live centrally and at the same time close to nature, with easy access to both fjord, specialty shops and cafés. The house is furnished on two levels and can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for several families or a larger group of friends who want to spend a holiday together. The interior design combines charm and functionality with good living spaces where there is room for both community and relaxation. The home contains five bedrooms with good flexibility in the sleeping places. On the ground floor there is a room with a double sofa bed and a room with a double bed and a single bed. On the 1st floor there are three more rooms: one larger room with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed and a smaller room with a sofa bed. After a day of experiences in the city or by the fjord, you can gather in the house's activity room, where there is plenty of opportunity for entertainment with pool table, darts and table football. If you want relaxation, you can enjoy a quiet moment in the house's indoor spa. On the 1st floor you will also find an extra kitchen area with a dining area for four people and a couple of lounge chairs - ideal as an extra living room or for a quiet moment away from the community. With private parking for two cars right next to the house, it is easy and convenient to arrive – and once the car is parked, most things can be reached on foot. Østergade is just a stone's throw from the maritime environment by the harbor in one direction and the cozy city life in the other. An obvious choice for those who want plenty of space, central surroundings and the opportunity for both city life and nature experiences in the same holiday. Rental to youth groups is not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
