There is a swing and sandbox for children.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Lage und Außen HUI, Innen eher NAJA

1 Woche Dänemark-Urlaub in diesem Haus für knapp 1000 komplett. Anreise und Check-In waren problemlos, Beschreibungen haben soweit gepasst.Von außen ein hübsches Häuschen, gemähter Rasen rundherum ums Haus machten einen guten ersten Eindruck, die Schaukel, der Sandkasten alles vollkommen okay. Bilder aus dem Inserat passen zum realen Anblick.Nach dem Öffnen der Tür dann allerdings der unschönere Teil: Spinnenweben im Flur, in der Küche, im Wohnzimmer. Nasse Handtücher und Bettzeug der Vormieter in einem Zimmer, Im Bad Haare in der Spüle und am Klo. In meinen Augen unverständlich, wenn man auf den Hinweiszettel schaut: "Das Ferienhaus wurde vor Ihrer Ankunft mit größter Sorgfalt gereinigt und vorbereitet".Küche: Alt, abgetragene Griffe, Geschirr als Sammelsurium, Besteck mit Flecken und Kochgeschirr mit abgekratzter Beschichtung. Ganz ehrlich, das Haus ist für 6 Leute...2 bis 3 vernünftige Töpfe, 1 Pfanne und Geschirr für 6 Leute und gut ist es.Bad scheint vor 2 bis 3 Jahren mal gemacht wurden zu sein. Warmwasser reicht gerade so für 2 Erwachsene, danach macht sich der Durchlauferhitzer kaputt und verbrät teuren Strom.In Summe: Die Lage und der Strand vor Ort (etwa 900m entfernt) sind super, das Haus eher unterer Durchschnitt zu einem nachträglich absolut unattraktiven Preis. Eventuell sollte man die Endreinigung mal umdenken und sicherstellen, dass das Objekt vor der Anreise wirklich sauber ist. Wir werden DanCenter als Vermieter in Zukunft meiden.

Es war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, und die Küche war super funktional zum Kochen von Mahlzeiten zusammen, Die Terrasse war perfekt für Abend-BBQs, Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN etwas langsam war, aber das machte uns nicht viel aus, da wir die Natur genossen haben, Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
