Ski equipment rental/sales, laundry facilities, mini-market, bars, and restaurants are located in the residence.
A parking space is available for rent in one of the residence's garages.

- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).
- a double sofa bed,
- a Smart TV with 2 HDMI ports and 1 USB port,
- two glass tables and 5 chairs,
