The living and dining area downstairs offers comfortable seating, a TV and a dining table for shared meals. A well-equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, while WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer add convenience throughout the stay.

Outside, the villa opens onto a spacious terrace leading to a private garden designed for relaxed Mediterranean living.
