In the heart of San-Martino-di-Lota village, this stone villa offers a peaceful setting between sea and mountains. Designed for 6 people, it combines authenticity, Corsican charm, and modern comfort.

The ground floor features a cosy lounge with a fireplace, perfect for social evenings, a bright living room, and a fully equipped open kitchen, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all essentials for simple cooking. There is also a separate WC for added comfort.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has three bedrooms:

A master suite with a private bathroom including a shower and double basin.

A room with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed.

A third room with two 90 cm bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers.

An additional bathroom with WC completes the floor.

Outside, private parking for up to three vehicles is available.

An ideal place to enjoy peace, Corsican charm, while staying close to amenities and beaches.
