About this property

Detached villa set in a lovely Mediterranean garden with pool.

The villa is set on the edge of Pomerols, a small wine making town. There are four bedrooms in total, three in the villa itself and one in the annex in the garden. The annex also has a shower room with wc. Air conditioning is available in the lounge, dining and kitchen area of the main house and each of the four bedrooms has a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm nights.
The villa is set in a large, private and secure garden with an abundance of mediterranean plants, parking for 2-3 cars and an 8 x 4 metre fenced in swimming pool. There are 6 sun loungers available in the pool area.
Dine alfresco on the larger of the two verandas. Table and seating for up to eight people.
Walk into town or visit the many attractions the area has to offer. 5 minutes drive to delightful port of Marseillan for wining and dining. 15 minutes drive to sandy beaches.

As the household rubbish will have been collected on the Friday of your stay, please leave any remaining rubbish in a black bag on the veranda for the cleaners to deal with.
Please leave your linen and towels in the hall for collection
Please ensure that the keys are returned to the key box by the gate.

Pomerols is a wine makers town, its large supermarket, wine cave and local lively bar are open year round. Situated between the Mediterranean and the ancient town of Pezenas it is an ideal location to visit the many local attractions.
