About this property

House 100 m2, with heated swimming pool

Located in a quiet village 10 km from the beaches, 5 km from the Etang de Thau, this house welcomes holidaymakers fond of idleness, calm and sun. Anxious to constantly improve the quality of the place and to maintain it with care, we offer this warm house to lovers of the south-west who will enjoy staying in this magnificent region of the Hérault as we do.
The house, on the ground floor, offers 3 bedrooms each equipped with double bed (1x140cm and 2x160cm), sheets and duvets/pillows, a wardrobe and fans.
A very well equipped recent kitchen with American fridge (fresh water dispenser and ice cubes), dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob. A coffee machine, a toaster and various equipment will make you feel at home.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.
The bathroom located between the 3 bedrooms has a large shower, double sink and hand towels. The toilet is separate.
A second bathroom with a toilet, a shower, sink, washing machine and dryer.
A covered terrace has a table and chairs, a fridge, a plancha and a bar to enjoy the outdoors and the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is generally closed from October to March, depending on bookings. A heater ensures a water temperature of approx. 25° and the intervention of our technician 2 times a week guarantees the optimal quality of the water.
Electric gate and 2 parking spaces
Despite the legal security in place, the safety of minors is the responsibility of adults, especially regarding the use of the swimming pool.

Fantastisk hus, flot og rent, bedre end billederne kunne vise. Vi havde nogle fantastisk dage. Særligt ude arealerne var gode og en lækker pool. Værterne var søde og stod klar til at hjælpe men behovet var der ikke fordi alt var som det skulle være. Kan klart anbefales og vi overvejer at booke stedet igen.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Sommerurlaub in der Villa du Sud verbracht!Traumhafter Pool, hervorragende Ausstattung, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen, eine schöne und ruhige Gegend. Die Übergabe und Abnahme hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch standen uns die netten und sympathischen Eigentümer bei Fragen stets zuvorkommend zur Verfügung.Vielen Dank, Catherine! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus in Pomerols. Das Haus ist mit einer modernen Küche ausgestattet und alles was benötigt wurde, war in sauberem und intakte Zustand vorhanden.Wir hatten mit 4 Personen großzügig Platz. Der Pool mit Ruhebereich war sehr gut bemessen. Den Abend konnten wir mit einem Essen auf dem Aussengrill ausklingen lassen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten am Wasser.Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
