Outstanding Converted Mill in Beautiful Location - Pass the Keys
Relax and unwind with a rare stay in this stunning converted mill.
Sympathetically restored and beautifully presented throughout, blending original character with modern comfort.
The spacious open-plan living area is perfect for families and friends to gather.
An idyllic stay at any time of year, cosy up by the log burner in winter, or enjoy summer evenings in the garden where the gentle sound of the running stream creates the perfect setting for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee.
Tucked away in a peaceful rural setting just moments from the charming town of Gatehouse of Fleet in Dumfries & Galloway, this beautifully converted former mill offers a truly unique and tranquil escape for up to six guests.
Originally a historic flour mill, the property was thoughtfully transformed in 2008 to an exceptional standard. Many original features remain, including the impressive mill machinery displayed at ceiling height, a striking reminder of its heritage.
The mill is also famed as the birthplace of celebrated Scottish artists “The Faeds,” with works by John Faed exhibited at the nearby Kirkcudbright Galleries.
Beautifully presented throughout, the cottage combines high ceilings, character features and generous living spaces to create a one-of-a-kind stay in the heart of Scotland’s stunning south west.
