Gimber Lofts 3 is a modern and refined apartment, designed to ensure maximum comfort. The open-plan kitchen with island is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, providing the perfect accommodation for families or small groups. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in one double bedroom. The interiors are enhanced by Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. The private terrace is the ideal place to relax and enjoy views over the city.

The stunning private panoramic terrace with kitchenette is one of the apartment’s highlights: an outdoor space where you can enjoy breakfast, aperitifs, or simply unwind after a day at the beach or exploring. The apartment is located in a building with lift access, convenient also for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with young children.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit is required, blocked on the credit card in the guest’s name (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
• In case of damages or violation of house rules, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover the costs.

• Klodge properties are private residences managed for tourist rental purposes, in accordance with Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialised in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

Standard check-in: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm (subject to availability and scheduled appointments).

Late check-in fees:

• 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm → €40 (upon request)
• 11:00 pm – 1:00 am → €60 (upon request)
• After 1:00 am → only upon prior authorisation
