Villa Escalade-Private Beach and Pool

Villa Escalade III is exceptional even by high area standards.Generous terraces, large private pool,with a BBQ area, direct sea access via stone steps down to private sea platform. Large living and dining spaces with fully equipped kitchen,newly renovated (2016), opening to a magnificent patio overlooking the pool area and the blue Mediterranean beyond.The Villa has a private parking area, an authentic Turkish gazebo, sea views full of islands and protected forestry adjacent. We have been renting this villa since 2009 with strong repeat guest rate. There is a very large lofted Master Bedroom with TV, on the top floor which has stunning sea views with en-suite bathroom,including a jacuzzi tub. Second and third bedroom has 2 single beds and a double bed respectively. Also there are 2 additional bathrooms, fourth bedroom is at the pool level with seperate entrance has two single beds with en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette.And a sofa bed in the livingroom.A comfortable villa for 10 guests.
