The kitchen is fully equipped, making it ideal for preparing your daily meals. Alongside basic dinnerware and utensils, it includes a kettle, microwave, oven, and stovetop to make your day-to-day easier.

The balcony is conveniently accessible from the living area and kitchen, allowing you to soak up the sun and enjoy the abundant natural light that brightens the entire space. It offers a lovely view of the surrounding rooftops and trees, and also features a washing machine located in an outdoor annex.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated with classic touches, featuring a double bed and a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. The bed is fitted with high-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom provides all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Located in the charismatic Cedofeita neighborhood, this property is in one of Porto’s most authentic and trendy districts. The area has a creative, welcoming vibe that perfectly balances traditional charm with a cosmopolitan feel. While the street is lively during the day, it turns into a quiet residential haven at night.

It’s an outstanding base for exploring the Historic Center on foot. A quick, pleasant walk down the street takes you to the grand Avenida dos Aliados, the iconic Clérigos Tower, and the famous Lello Bookstore. The Galerias de Paris nightlife district, the beautifully restored Bolhão Market, and the historic alleys leading down to the Ribeira and the Douro River are all within a short, scenic walk, letting you experience the city's true heartbeat without needing to use transport.

Besides being a fantastic Porto getaway, it's also the perfect starting point to explore Northern Portugal. With Trindade Metro Station (the city's main station) under 10 minutes away on foot, and the historic São Bento Train Station nearby, day trips are a breeze. Easily visit the historic city of Guimarães, admire Braga's stunning architecture, explore the canals of Aveiro, or take the unforgettable train ride through the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes of the Douro Valley.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 700-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
