Lounge, Bathroom with Shower over bath, w.c. and basin. Further w.c. with hand basin. Further dining room in the converted basement room. Galley kitchen fitted with fridges, freezers, washing machine, electric cooker, airfryer, and microwave. Access to Patio garden, with Shed for safe storage of Bikes.
Accommodation is in a quiet area, very close to Kedleston Park and Derby University. Its on the local bus route to town, but can quite easily walk to town.
Local pub at the end of the road.
