Thank you for mention. There was no request for a baby cot so it was in storage. Good to know for other guests that without mentioning a baby bed is needed we will take it out storage in advance and provide with sheets for it.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet area. Unfortunately with a distinct “moldy” smell from dry drains. Neighbours are very close and view of Bay Area is partly blocked by houses. But still a very nice place.

Wonderful summer in Nadadouro

We spent an incredible week in the house with our Kids. The house was perfect for our Family needs. We missed more nearby shopping. Otherwise the Location is great and we were able to go in about 30 Minutes for a walk at the beach. But with a car there is in max 20 Minutes all you need reachable. We would love to return one day.

Delightful property

Very well presented and well equipped property. Whole family enjoyed the pool. Enough loungers and parasols for everyone. Swim towels provided. Plenty of fridge space and room for 8 at kitchen table and choice of 2 outdoors to catch sun or shade. Views of the lagoon and refreshing breeze most days. Local town restaurant good and bakery well stocked House in a quiet residential area. Definitely recommended

Das Objekt entspricht der Onlinepräsenz und ist insgesamt sehr schön. Im Außenbereich ist Kunstrasen verlegt, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Der Pool ist aber klasse und wurde von den Kids intensiv genutzt.Die Küche ist schön groß. Ein Plus ist der Kaffee-Vollautomat. Das Waschbecken lässt sich schlecht reinigen. Die Bäder sind eine Schwachstelle des Objekts. Das innenliegende Bad im EG verfügt über keine Lüftung, das innenliegende Bad im OG hat eine recht alte Dusche, wo man den Duschkopf nicht aufhängen kann. Das zweite Bad im OG hat lediglich eine Badewanne ohne Duschkabine/Duschvorhang. Außerdem gibt es zwischen diesem Bad und dem angrenzenden Schlafzimmer keine Tür.Die Räume sind sehr groß. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, so dass man jederzeit gut lüften kann.Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Excelente estancia

La casa está ubicada en una zona maravillosa, cerca de la laguna y la playa. La zona es muy tranquila y sin ningún ruido. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario (menaje de cocina, complementos para la playa, etc). La casa cuánta con diferentes zonas que permiten independencia y crear distintos ambientes para disfrutar del espacio. Los dormitorios también son muy espaciosos. Echamos en falta una puerta dentro de los dormitorios que tenían baño incluido. La dueña fue muy amable y atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. Lo único que no pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi ya que era para uso privado de los dueños. Lo entendemos perfectamente pero estaba anunciado en la web y en las instrucciones de la casa. También echamos en falta un microondas. Salvo estos dos detalles el resto de nuestra estancia en familia fue excelente y sin duda repetiremos si tenemos ocasión.

Ervaring casa costa prata

Mooi vakantievilla op een prachtige locatie en dito uitzicht. Buiten zijn overal zitjes / zitplekken waardoor je overal wel een geschikte plek vindt (zon/schaduw) om te zitten. Sommige ligstoelen zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Verder een groot en (gedeeltelijk) diep zwembad; de kids hebben er intensief gebruik van gemaakt! Het huis is ruim en mooi ingericht. De woonkamer hebben we niet gebruikt, maar voldoet zeker. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien; vooral twee koelkasten is erg prettig. Koelkasten kunnen wel een goede schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. De inhoud van de keukenkasten rondom fornuis waren allemaal erg plakkerig; kastjes en koffiemachine (niet gebruikt) ook. De afvoer van de gootsteen is continu verstopt, zonder ‘plopper’ loopt het water niet weg. De trap is prachtig! Vier slaapkamers, waarvan twee een aparte badkamer hebben en twee hebben een badkamer ensuite. Heel mooi, maar niet altijd even praktisch omdat er geen afzuiging is (lang vochtig in huis). Douchecabine boven sluit niet goed. Alle ramen hebben horren en rolluiken; heel fijn ivm muggen en lichtinval! Badlakens, keukendoeken aanwezig, bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst, wasmachine en droger (wel nodig ivm hoge luchtvochtigheid): top! Zeker een aanrader om deze villa te bezoeken! We hebben genoten van de prachtige vakantie in het mooie Portugal.

La casa es preciosa, con todo lujo de detalles y muy buen gusto en cuanto a la decoración. Muy amplia, confortable y con todos los accesorios necesarios. Es como si estuvieses en tu casa, con todo lo que necesitas normalmente. Sí he hechado de menos un mantenimiento más continuo de la piscina ya que en 7 días solo han venido a revisar el agua una vez.

Zowel bij inchecken als uitchecken niemand gezien. Kamers en badkamers waren goed in orde Keuken was niet helemaal proper met verslenste bassilicumplant op het aanrecht. In de keuken is alles aanwezig maar redelijk rommelig in de kasten gezet zodat je even moet zoeken waar alles staat. De living is mooi maar rook redelijk muf waarschijnlijk was het lang geleden dat er nog iemand geweest was. Maar algemene indruk is nog steeds heel positief. Dankjewel voor het aangename verblijf

Maison très agréable et sans mauvaise surprise

Maison très agréable, très fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée et joliment décorée. Nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaise surprise en vivant pendant une semaine dans cette maison. Carola, la propriétaire, a été très réactive chaque fois que nous lui avons posé une question. Deux points faibles: 1) les coussins des chaises longues de la piscine ne sont pas très agréables/confortables; 2) le quartier résidentiel, calme au demeurant, est très souvent perturbé (de jour comme de nuit) par énormément d'aboiements de chiens! Les propriétaires de la maison n'en sont pas responsables. Nous avons cependant été surpris du peu de réaction du voisinage par rapport à cette véritable nuisance.

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus strahlt eine positive Energie. Carola, die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Hausbesorgerin Zeila wohnt in der Nähe und konnte innerhalb kürzester Zeit kommen im Notfall zB. als wir uns ausgesperrt haben. Es hat alles geklappt. Wir sind erholt wieder nach Hause zurück gekommen . Wir werden sicher kommen.

Heerlijke ruime woning met alles compleet ingericht. Lekker kunnen genieten van het terras met zwembad en jacuzzi. Strand dichtbij waar je ook nog een surf/ zeilschool hebt. Fantastische vakantie gehad.

Onvergetelijk .....een aanrader!

wij ( gezin(2) met 4 volwassen kinderen) bij aankomst verrast door het mooie huis en de prachtige omgeving; makkelijk te bereiken van luchthaven-Lissabon via Rijksweg A8- ri Oest....afslag 18 Caldas da Reihne ri Foz d Arhelo richting Nadadouro ( TomTom instellen op Rue Casihnas) mede door mooie weer (november 17-20 graden) onvergetelijk strak blauw lucht huis van alle gemakken voorzien, 4 slaapkamers, 3x met eigen bad/doucheruimte; ruime keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine en droger en kasten gevuld met etenswaren e.d.; grote koelkast en koelkast met vriezer; grote woonkamer met veel lichtinval door aan alle zijde te openen deur/raampartijen; via sataliet nederlandse tv ( en ook diverse buitenlandse) zenders te verkrijgen,; WIFI aanwezig. Omgeving prachtig, binnen 5 min ben je bij het meer; en sta je een de Atlantische Oceaan; bezoek aan Lissabon ( zijn er diverse keren geweest) is aan te raden; met auto ben je zo in de stad parkeren bij station: Martim Moniz en dan met tram(electrico 28), bus, taxi, tuctuc en te voet de hele stad verkennen( heb je wel een paar dagen voor nodig) tevens is een bezoek aan Sintra, Mafra en Obidos, Nazare, Caldas da Reihna aan te bevelen; restaurants in overvloed tegen zeer schappelijke prijzen al met al voor ons een onvergetelijke vakantie in een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. een aanrader!!

Het huis is een droom geweldig verzorgt mooie tuin prachtig zwembad het is gewoon top dicht bij zee . Mooie steden en golf banen er is voor ieder wat we gaan op herhaling . Top locatie !!!
