Surper location.

Mes vacances se sont très bien passé, le propriétaire Mr Steeve Astar n'a attendu à mon arrivé tardive 22h30 .La location comme sur la photo rien n'a dire propre agréable très calme, je me suis bien reposer de très belle vacances malgré le confinement (Covid)merci à toi Steeve tu étais toujours à l'écoute quand j’avais besoin de toi alors je te dis dans deux ans .je conseille cette location sans problème.

Nous avons passé un mois super agréable en compagnie de Steeve, un hôte génial, serieux et investi, avec qui nous avons pu découvrir des paysages, des activités et des saveurs de la Martinique ! L'appartement est conforme aux photos, et dispose de tout ce qu'on pourrait avoir besoin, que ce soit au niveau matériel ou confort ! Situé à proximité de l'autoroute pour aller au centre ville ou à la plage, il y a néanmoins juste à côté une boulangerie, un libre service, une pharmacie et un snack si on ne veut pas aller trop loin les jours de repos. Nous vous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !!

UNE MAISON PARFAITE

Nous avons passé 1 mois et demi dans cette agréable maison. Elle est neuve, propre, spacieuse, pratique (plein de rangements), elle comprenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite comme chez nous ! La WIFI fonctionne vraiment très bien. Il y a également la télévision avec toutes les chaines comme en métropole. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'humidité avec le déshumidificateur installé. La climatisation était très appréciable. L'emplacement stratégique sur les hauteurs de Fort-de-France était parfait. Bref, cet maison a contribué à nous faire adorer notre séjour sur l'île !

Tout d'abord, je remercie Steeve pour sa sympathie et sa disponibilité pour faire passer un séjour agréable. C'est rare de trouver une personne aussi gentille, pour moi ce fut une grâce de Dieu. La maison est tout confort (grand pour un T2, bien aménagé et décoré) et propre. N'ayez aucune hésitation à choisir son logement, vous ne regretterez pas ; lieu calme et tranquille, proche de tous commerces.

Belle maison, une excellente valeur et Host

Mon séjour à belle maison de Steeve était superbe! Il est un hôte très amical et attentionné qui a pris soin de tous nos besoins pendant notre séjour. La maison est joliment décorée et dispose de rien / tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour avec une cuisine bien équipée et un lit très confortable et un futon. La propreté était celle d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il ya un patio à l'extérieur qui est parfait pour prendre un repas ou tout simplement se détendre après une journée de visites et est situé au centre avec un accès facile à l'autoroute, plages, supermarchés et restaurants. Merci beaucoup Steeve pour la célébration de la fête d'une nouvelle année génial!

Emplacement stratégique !

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour son emplacement central sur l’Île. Nous avions programmé de nombreuses visites et l’argument de Steeve « La base idéale pour votre séjour sur l’île » nous a séduit et nous avons décidé de lui faire confiance. Nous ne le regrettons nullement. Les photos sont en tous points conformes à celles mises sur le site : décoration moderne et pratique ; un clic-clac a été rajouté dans la chambre (offrant ainsi deux couchages supplémentaires) + 2 chaises longues en terrasse (appréciables pour bouquiner). A savoir, les propriétaires ont un chien mais il ne vous importune aucunement. Points positifs : l’emplacement - idéal en effet car ns étions toujours en contre-sens des nombreux bouchons ; les rangements – en grande quantité, très appréciable ; l’espace de vie – on est au large; le prix – qualité-prix impeccable ; la climatisation de la chambre ; la communication et l’échange tant épistolaires que téléphoniques ; l’accueil – apéritif en compagnie de Steeve et ses enfants, 1er contact chaleureux et qui le restera tout au long du séjour. Points négatifs : l’humidité mais cela est inhérent à l’île (des absorbeurs sont présents), l’aspirateur (mais peut-être que depuis il a été changé !!!) Concrètement, nous vous recommandons cette location … notamment si tout comme nous, vous souhaitez profiter un maximum de l’île.

très belle accueil un appartement que je conseil , à 10 minutes du centre ville appartement vraiment neuf bref j'ai passé un agréable séjour grâce aux conseils des propriétaires pour nos activités .
