Superb flat F2 new of 50m ² with an impregnable view on bay of Small Anse common Anses D'Arlet.
Quiet and residential area.
Any comodity in the village of ANSES D'ARLET:
doctor, pharmacy, grocery, post office,
Sale of caught fish of the day (rather of the night) every morning to the district of the fishermen;
Well ventilated, clear and comfortable, it includes a separate entrance, a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, table and chairs;
The bedroom includes a large comfortable bed and storage furniture, with en-suite bath. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and toilet.
On the shady terrace, are available garden table and chairs and two lounge chairs for sunbathing and hammock for sunbathing.
In this little corner of paradise, in the morning, while having your breakfast, you will undoubtedly have the visit of the small wild goats which live Morne Jacqueline.

Une semaine à Titanse

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, très propre et très bien équipée. Très bien situé situé entre Les Anses d'Arlet et Le Diamant. Le Wi Fi fonctionne bien dans le logement, pas sur la terrasse. La portée limitée du Wi Fi et ses interruptions momentanées sont courantes sur l'île. La vue de la terrasse, orientée plein sud, sur la baie de petite Anse et les 2 mornes - Larcher et Jacqueline - est magnifique. Il y a une petite piscine, à partager avec un autre appartement, qui est agréable à utiliser dans la chaleur de l'après-midi. L'hôtesse est très disponible, accueillante et souple tout en respectant l'intimité des locataires. Deux petits bémols: - la route pour se rendre à l'appartement et y accéder nécessite de la prudence. Une belle vue et une brise en soirée compense cet inconvénient - Il n'y a pas de vue sur l'extérieur de la cuisine. Il faut se rendre sur la terrasse. Les rencontres et discussions avec la propriétaire, son conjoint, un antillais d'origine, et de l'autre locataire québécois ont largement compensés pour ces petits inconvénients. Rencontrer les gens qui habitent l'île est un incontournable pour mieux connaître la Martinique En bref, un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location

Vue extraordinaire sur la petite anse, entre l’anse d’arlet et le diamant, donc assez central. L’accueil de Ghislaine et son conjoint était chaleureux, ma fille de 6 ans et elle se sont bien entendues ;) Appart coquet et confortable. Situé sur la route entre deux villes donc très tranquille. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour! Merci!

Séjour calme et reposant

L'appartement est propre et bien agencé. Il est situé en contre-bas de la maison où vivent les hôtes, très discrets, accueillants, et à l'écoute. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur Petite Anse, et permet des petits-déjeuners de rêve. Il n'y a aucune nuisance sonore liée à la circulation.

Les propriétairres tres sympathique nous mettent a l aise avec un acceuil familial La position du logement est situé entre le nord et le sud de l île ce qui permet de visiter facilement la totalité de l île et la location de leur véhicule nous as évité beaucoup de désagrément file d attente a l aeroport pour le retrait... et beaucoup moins de stress car on vient vous chercher et vous déposer a l l'aéroport un logement spacieux et une terrasse plein sud pour d agreable petit dejeuner et dejeuner sous le soleil et la vue plus qu'agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement de Gislaine et Marc. Les photos correspondent à la réalité, en particulier la vue ! L'appartement est situé à moins de 10min (en voiture ) de 2 plages particulières où l'on peut observer de nombreux poissons, et à moins de 2 min en voiture des plages les plus proches. L'appartement est propre au calme et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la vie quotidienne, frigidaire, plaques chauffantes, climatisation, douche, wc , etc.. Le plus est l'acceuil et la vue ! La location facile de la voiture est aussi très intéressante. Merci Gislaine et Marc !
