The simply decorated apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
It consists of a bedroom with cupboard with sliding door and safety deposit box, a bathroom, and the living room opening by a bay window on the loggia equipped with a motorized awning.
The apartment is through: it has excellent natural ventilation.
The room is air conditioned. The other spaces have air fans.
A private parking space is available.
The apartment is equipped with complete household appliances (see equipment section), a "Smart full HD" TV, as well as an internet box with Wi Fi connection.
The residence, very quiet, is in the immediate vicinity of the Creole Village and all its amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bakery and various shops), nautical activities and entertainment at the Marina (restaurants, casino, dancing evenings, .. .), and the sea shuttle connecting Fort de France in 15 minutes.
The "Hauts Créoles" residence is secure and has direct access to the Anse-Mitan beach. It is located 200m from the beach of Pointe-du-Bout and that of the Hotel Bakoua.

apartment with a magnificent view

We travel extensively, and have rented dozens f apartments over many years in europe and US'.This apartment is probably the best, per dollar rent of any of them! It has a spacious balcony with fantastic views of the ocean, the beach below, and all the sailing boats anchored offshore in the Bay. It is spacious, spotless, , decorated with taste, and has been well equipped with all one needs by Jean, the very helpful landlord. It was like living in someone's home, which it is for Jean and his wife, who are here for the winter season. Jean was also kind to arrange an airport taxi person to pick us up at the airport and return us there. I think that is best, and we did not rent a car, but there is a Budget lot one block away if you do. The Creole Village shopping area is within walking distance with a bakery and many decent restaurants. A tiny but charming small grocery, for locals mostly, is within a reasonable walking distance. , near the lovely beach, which also has restaurants and a bar,which opens at 5, perfect for a drink while watching the sunset. There is another beach in the other direction which has 3 chiming lagoons, and is less touristy. Our favorite restaurant was Le Pause, which had great service and food, but Bistrot d' en Face, also in Creole village, had very good French food. Le Marine on the harbor was also good, especially for the service. Finally, make sure you bring an umbrella for the passing showers, and also for the very hot sun! Bill and Julie

Il serait difficile de faire mieux... Appartement extrĂȘmement bien placĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle qui rĂ©serve de merveilleux couchers de soleil. FidĂšle Ă  la description nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© d'avoir une place de parking dĂ©diĂ©e, car il peut s'avĂ©rer difficile de trouver une place dans ce coin de l'Ăźle. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage de l'anse mitan est vraiment pratique et rapide. Avoir la possibilitĂ© de nager dans un aquarium grandeur nature n'est pas donnĂ© Ă  tout le monde :) La communication avec le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs fluide et Marie fut trĂšs attentionnĂ©e Ă  notre Ă©gard (encore un grand merci pour le planteur Ă  l'accueil, il Ă©tait dĂ©licieux, foi de connaisseurs...). Nous reviendrons sans hĂ©sitation lors de notre prochain sĂ©jour en Martinique !

Magnifique!!!

Un superbe séjour du 14 au 20 juin 2024!! Nous avons reçu un trÚs bel accueil avec un délicieux cocktail de bienvenue. Le logement était trÚs propre et trÚs bien situé, à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. Petit village créole trÚs acceuillant. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Endroit sécuritaire et facile d'accÚs. Merci beaucoup!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. Merci au propriétaire pour ses informations concernant l'appartement et sa situation, l'itinéraire pour arriver sans difficultés, l'accueil sur place. Quant à l'appartement il est conforme à ce qui était annoncé sur le site. C'est un appartement trÚs bien équipé, trÚs confortable dans un ensemble résidentiel de qualité, sécurisé. Un appartement trÚs agréable doté d'une vue magnifique sur la baie de Fort de France.De belles plages à proximité de la résidence. Le restaurant "la Tonnelle" situé en face de la résidence cuisine d'excellent plats créoles. Quant à notre séjour dans l'ßle nous l'avons partagé entre balades et randonnées, visites de lieux exceptionnels comme l'Habitation Clément, les Jardins de Balata, l'Habitation Céron, la presqu'ßle de la Caravelle, la plage des Salines, la Montagne Pelée, Saint Pierre, Grand'RiviÚre, des musées comme la Pagerie, la Savane des esclaves...un séjour inoubliable. Avec la grande envie de revenir.

Appartement toujours exceptionnel

C’était notre troisiĂšme sĂ©jour et c’est toujours avec un grand plaisir que nous avons profitĂ© de cet appartement magnifique et de sa situation exceptionnelle, mĂȘme si certaines circonstances Ă©taient dĂ©favorables (grĂšve des vedettes tropicales pour Fort de France et fermeture de la superette KDIMAX). Un petit bĂ©mol cependant sur la libĂ©ration impĂ©rative de l’appartement pour 12 heures, alors que notre avion Ă©tait en soirĂ©e. Peut-ĂȘtre serait-il envisageable de laisser une journĂ©e entre deux locations, afin de permettre une plus grande souplesse dans les horaires d’arrivĂ©e et dĂ©part. A part cela, toujours au top !

Magnifique

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours dans cet appartement et n’avons que de bons commentaires! L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, prĂšs de la plage, du village CrĂ©ole, des restos! Et que dire de la vue sur la terrasse avec couchers de soleil et vue sur la Marina. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, il y avait un problĂšme avec la climatisation, mais Jean (le propriĂ©taire) s’est empressĂ© de le rĂ©gler rapidement. Nous retournerions Ă  cet endroit sans hĂ©sitation !

SĂ©jour exceptionnel

TrÚs bel appartement parfaitement équipé et trÚs bien agencé; grand balcon à vivre avec une vue superbe et de magnifiques couchers de soleil; au calme; trÚs bien situé, sécurisé, avec parking privé et proximité des navettes maritimes pour se rendre à Fort-de-France ( quand il n'y a pas grÚve...) . Plage agréable à 3 mn à pied. TrÚs bon accueil de Marie, compétente, disponible et excellent contact avec le propriétaire. AccÚs facile à toute la partie sud et ouest de l'ßle mais voiture indispensable. Choisir le week-end pour aller dans le nord afin d'éviter les bouchons de Fort-de-France. Proximité de la marina de la Pointe du Bout pour des excursions en mer. Restaurants et boutiques ( touristiques...) au village créole tout proche. Que du bonheur!

TrÚs bel appart bien situé pour visiter la Martinique

L'appart est fidÚle à sa description et l'accueil gentil et trÚs accommodant. La vue sur l'Anse Mitan et la baie de Fort de France est juste incroyable ! La plage est vraiment juste à cÎté et c'est assez bien placé pour visiter plusieurs des beaux endroits de la Martinique. On vous conseille de prendre la navette fluviale pour aller visiter Fort de France à pied. Quand nous sommes passés, le climatiseur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, les nuits ont donc été trÚs chaudes, mais le propriétaire nous a spontanément proposé un dédommagement.

L’appartement est trĂ©s bien situĂ© pour se dĂ©placer Ă  pied au niveau de la pointe du bout et de l’anse Mitan. La vue est superbe. L’appartement est trĂ©s bien Ă©quipĂ© (cuisine, salle de bain...). Le lit est confortable. Je recommande !
