Classified 3 stars by the Martinique Tourism Committee, the apartment is located on the 1st and last floor of a small quiet residence enjoying a beautiful tropical garden and parking, 150m from the beach and the maritime shuttle connecting Fort-de-France in 20 minutes.

The loggia, a real living space on which the kitchenette is installed, faces the bay of Fort-de-France, without vis-à-vis. It is equipped with an air fan, a blind and an electric shutter.

The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large closet with sliding doors, a sideboard, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.

The residence is located 100m from a bakery and a car rental company, 200m from a grocery store, various restaurants, and 600m from the Creole Village of Pointe-du-Bout with its Marina, restaurants, casino, entertainment and all amenities.

The town of Trois-Ilets is ideally located, both to get to Fort de France by the sea shuttle as well as to explore the island, as well as to indulge in nautical activities or golf (18 holes 2 kms).

Après 15 jours passés chez Jean, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour aux Trois-Ilets. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de l'Anse Mitan. Très bien équipé et très agréable avec la logia qui donne tout droit sur la baie. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !

Studio impeccable, fonctionnel et tout équipé. La terrasse avec sa cuisine équipée est très agréable et sa vue sur mer et la baie de fdf est magnifique. Quartier calme et à la fois proche de toutes commodités. Idéalement situé pour les visites, baignade.. 3 ilets, pointe du bout et anse mitan sont des coins très sympas et proche de l'appart. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Stéphane. Nous y reviendrons et recommandons vivement cette loc.

Magnifique studio, bien aménagé et très bien équipé dans une résidence calme. Vue imprenable sur la baie de Fort-de France. Bien situé : près de la plage de l'Anse Mitan, près du ponton avec les navettes vers Fort-de-France et à 2 pas de la Pointe du Bout avec ses commerces, restaurants, et sa marina.
