The ground floor of Villa 2 (75 m2) includes a dining room, a cozy fireplace, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with Queen size beds.

The property continues on the first floor (58 m2) with a living and dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and outside of the bedroom mezzanine with another Queen size bed. One separate bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need.

The basement of Villa 2 (57 m2) provides an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with two single beds. One separate bedroom with Queen size bed is also provided.

The Location
Platis Yialos is one of the most popular beaches of the island, filling with all types of people during summer time attracted by the golden sand and the wonderful turquoise crystalline waters.

It has a stunning organized beach just 20 meters from the house, offering food and drinks service to your lounge chair and umbrella, with a well equipped mini-market, and various styles of restaurants to choose from. The water sports club situated in the middle of the beach entertains children of all ages and adults daily! Although the summer winds can sometimes disturb sunbathing for the most of the island, Platis Yialos is protected from wind together with the neighboring beaches.

A short walk (150 meters) offers a private beach, where even in the height of August you can be alone in the sun and the sand Further down the trail, about 500 meters you find the famous Scorpios. And finally, you can walk even further to Paranga beach, famous for it's beach party atmosphere, day and night. In the opposite direction, chic Psarou beach is a beautiful walk through the picturesque hillside between the two.
