We love all animals but out of consideration for our allergy prone guests we keep the Cottage and Studio Pet and Smoke free.

We go above and beyond any cleaning guidelines . We schedule extensive cleaning periods between guest. We also thoroughly air out the Studio with lots of fresh air and sun shine. We also run the ozone machine between guests for a truly clean, germ free environment.
We have installed a whole house Aquasana water filter for your nontoxic, clean, healthy water consumption and use. This is a great feature since you need cleaner drinking water than what the city provides. It includes your healthy shower and laundry water as well.
The Studio is uniquely furnished and decorated. The washer and dryer add the benefit of doing laundry in the Studio, not having to waste time at a laundromat or spending extra money.
The Studio has extra safety features which are a security door with 2 locks in addition to the regular door with number lock and deadbolt lock. And for extra peace of mind, a police station is situated walking distance to Sycamore dairy road.
The Studios location is prime real estate in Fayetteville with many shade trees and beautiful landscapes and has its own private patio area with patio furniture.
