Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced lake in the grounds.. Nestled in an area rich with wildlife, meadows, and ancient woodland, the park also boasts a stunning 10-acre freshwater lake, making it a true haven for nature lovers. This secluded cottage, approached via a long gravel drive, combines the charm of a period property with stylish, high-end interiors.

Inside, exposed beams, cosy furnishings, and thoughtful design create a welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor includes an entrance porch, a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living room with wood burner, and a contemporary bathroom. Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms, a kingsize master and a flexible twin room, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends. Outside, a wraparound lawn garden offers privacy and space to unwind. Enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious patio with a gas BBQ, then relax under the stars in your six-seater private hot tub.

Beyond the garden, guests are free to explore over 300 acres of private estate including woodland trails, lakeside walks, and scenic picnic spots. Wildlife abounds, with red deer, otters, kingfishers, swans, and herons regularly spotted, so be sure to bring your binoculars. Worstead Park also connects to public footpaths and bridleways including Weavers Way, a 61-mile walking route through the North Norfolk countryside, and the nearby Dilham Canal. The on-site equestrian centre offers horse hire, livery services, and is affiliated with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), making it easy to explore on horseback.

Local attractions include the market town of North Walsham (5½ miles) with shops, cafés, markets, and leisure facilities. Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, offers boat hire, riverside dining, and a train station with direct links to Norwich (14 miles) for shopping, museums, and entertainment. You can also ride the Bure Valley Steam Railway, stopping at picturesque Broadland villages.
