Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in. Standard check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early/late options subject to availability.

ID & Registration: Passport/ID may be requested to comply with local registration requirements.

House Rules: No parties or unregistered visitors. Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. No smoking/vaping indoors (outdoor areas only).

Shared Bathroom Notice: Some room types use a shared bathroom—please check your room’s description.

Kitchen Use: Light cooking only—microwave / rice cooker / small electric pot / small electric grill / kettle. Please wash and put away all kitchenware after use.

Laundry (Washer/Dryer): Shared washing machine; detergent not included (or small fee if provided). Please use 08:00–20:00 to minimize noise.

Bicycles: Complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. Ride carefully at your own risk and return to the rack after use.
