Here’s your chance to enjoy a comfortable country estate lifestyle! A charming, historic, yet comfortable home surrounded by Lake Östra Lägern. Access to a rowing boat and excellent fishing in the lake. Large lawns with plenty of space for play, lovely patios facing in multiple directions, and access to a large outdoor grill ensure wonderful summer meals al fresco.
This charming house features a total of 6 bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the upper floor, which also houses two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Downstairs, you’ll find fantastic adjoining living rooms, a large country kitchen with a rustic dining table that seats many, and even a billiards room. There are also two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom. The library features a fireplace for those extra cosy evenings.
Here, you can enjoy nature, the beautiful surroundings with ancient oak forests, the lake teeming with fish, and many exciting excursion destinations nearby. Depending on the season, the forest also offers wonderful opportunities for mushroom and berry picking.
