Large bright kitchen dining area with adjoining playroom/second sitting room and bifold doors onto garden with netted trampoline, table and chairs.

Front sitting room with gas fire, tv, desk, piano, water rower and exercise bike.

Downstairs toilet.

Second floor:
Front bedroom with king size bed, desk and drums.

Back bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Main bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Top floor:
Front bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed.

Back bedroom with double bed and desk.

Lots of toys, games and books.
Travel cot and high chair. Bikes. Inflatable paddle board - river is a 10 minute walk away.

Our home is in Jericho, one of Oxford’s most popular, characterful and bohemian neighbourhoods. It is known for its independent cafés and restaurants, canal-side setting, and easy access to Port Meadow and the river, where you can enjoy wonderful walks, open green space and beautiful views. It is also within easy walking distance of Oxford city centre, making it an ideal base for enjoying both the livelier and more peaceful sides of the city.

What makes this property unique

Our home is on a very quiet, family-friendly street in Jericho. 15 minutes walk to the city centre, 5 minutes' walk to Port Meadow and the river/canal and a 5 minutes' walk to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
