From the living room which also serves as a dining room, one can access directly the splendid and wide terrace. Having had an early morning swim in the sea, one can have an alfresco breakfast on the terrace. This is the perfect place to relax and cradle the soul. It is a perfect place to take an aperitif at sunset or a romantic meal in the open air accompanied by the sound of the sea which is to be found right outside the front door of the house (a sandy bay surrounded by cliffs). A further small and idyllic bay to take a swim is situated directly behind the property.


The residence although not very big offers a pleasant ambience and has a personalised character. The warm terracotta, vanilla and orange colours in combination with a layer of dry stone and some antique furniture and prints give the home a particular welcoming charm. Sea Terrace has two bedrooms, (a double bedroom with an added bed and a single room); it is ideal for a couple or a small family.
Apart from the bathroom, the terrace has a small bathroom where there is also a shower.


The main part of the apartment (reached by a stairway) is not available to rent. (Obviously, when the home is rented out, this area is not used). The home also has a shaded parking space.


There is the interesting possibility of combining properties. Considering that inside the building we offer other apartments to rent, this and other apartments can be taken into consideration if there is more than one family or a group of friends travelling together.
