Το ακίνητο είναι μεζονέτα δύο επιπέδων. Αποτελείται από ισόγειο και Α όροφο. Στο ισόγειο μπορούν να κοιμηθούν έως 2 άτομα σε ευρύχωρο καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεββάτι. Στον Α όροφο που αποτελεί και το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο , υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεββάτι διάστασης 160*200 και ένας καναπές που μετατρέπεται σε κρεββάτι 80*200.

Στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου υπάρχει ξύλινο μπαλκόνι με θέα την Κάτω ρούγα, το Οίτυλο, το κάστρο της Κελεφάς και τους γύρω ορεινούς όγκους, ενώ στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο δώμα με θέα των οίκο των Μεδίκων , το χωριό Οίτυλο και τον κόλπο του Οιτύλου.

Η απόσταση από την κοντινότερη παραλία είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι.
