This delightful apartment in Gardone Riviera is surrounded by olive groves and lemon groves, nestled in the historic village of Fasano Sopra, just 700 meters from the lake. From the large, privately furnished terrace, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and Isola del Garda. The residence also features a shared pool area with a solarium.
The apartment has a private parking area connected to the complex by a staircase.

From here, you can directly access the furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and aperitifs while admiring the magnificent lake view. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave, as well as an induction cooktop and all necessary appliances. Wi-Fi and a 50" Smart TV are also available. The bedroom features a large double bed (1.79 x 2.07 m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. The large, private terrace overlooking the lake is furnished with a table, umbrella, sun loungers, and a Weber barbecue, allowing you to fully enjoy the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere of this little corner of paradise. CasaAlma is located just a few meters from the swimming pool (available from June to September 30), set in a beautiful, sunny green area. From here, you can also enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the lake and Isola del Garda.

The Vittoriale degli Italiani can be reached on foot via a beautiful scenic walk or by car in just a few minutes.
