This cosy holiday home of 62 m² is located in peaceful surroundings in the southern part of the island of Als. The house is older but well maintained and ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people – perfect for a family or friends.



The enclosed garden offers space for both relaxation and play. Several terraces make it easy to find sun or shade throughout the day. Start the morning with coffee outside, enjoy lunch in the fresh air and end the day with dinner under the open sky.



The beach is only about 300 metres from the house and invites you to swim, relax and take peaceful walks along the water. A bathing jetty makes it easy to enter the sea, and the area is suitable for both children and adults who want to enjoy the coast.



The surrounding area offers many holiday experiences. The scenic Gendarm Path is nearby and perfect for coastal walks with views of the sea. There are also great opportunities for cycling through the Als landscape, where small roads and paths lead through forests and open fields.



Nearby you will find a campsite with a playground and burger bar, just a short walk from the house. Children can play while adults relax. The nearest grocery shop is only a few kilometres away, making it easy to shop before continuing your holiday at a calm pace.
