Step into the entrance hall where there is plenty of space for you to drop off coats and bags and explore the house. On the right you walk into the light and airy open plan kitchen and seating area. The farmhouse style kitchen if fully equipped with a 5-ring gas and griddle plate Cuisine Master range, a centre island houses the microwave, there is a free standing full size fridge / freezer, air fryer, kettle and toaster. Doors from the kitchen lead out to the generous sized garden
The utility / laundry room has a dishwasher and washing machine and separate cloakroom.
Off the kitchen / breakfast area is a spacious dining room with dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 8 guests. There is also a large pew bench and a sofa, a perfect spot to relax with your after dinner digestif or just snuggle down with a coffee. Large picture windows to the front and French doors leading out to the garden make this a lovely bright room.
The lounge has two original picture windows bringing in lots of natural light. There are two 3-seater sofas, two armchairs, Smart TV and a wood burning stove to snuggle up in front of on those chilly British evenings.
Also on the ground floor is a games room with a pool table, that converts into a table tennis table and a dart board, there is also a comfy sofa for your furry friends to snuggle on, so don't forget their blanket. A door leads out to the fully enclosed garden so your pets can come and go as they please.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Bedroom one is a double with windows looking out to the front of the house, there are two bedside tables and a wardrobe
Bedroom two is a twin with two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and windows looking out to the garden
Master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a TV. Windows look out to the front. Step down into the spacious ensuite which has a free-standing bath with a central mixer tap and shower attachment, a walk-in waterfall shower, hand basin and WC. Frosted windows look out to the garden.

Outside is a spacious enclosed private garden mainly laid to lawn with shrubs and potted plants making it a great space to relax and soak up the sun on those balmy summer days. There is a table and chairs and also a charcoal barbecue.
There is plenty of off road parking (for up to 4 cars) on the gravel driveway and in the cart shed.
