Sandwiched between the Mooloolan River and the pacific ocean, Warana is a popular holiday destination. Known for its foreshore reserve that separates the suburban streets from the vast beach, Warana is a picturesque beachside town. With an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants throughout, the suburb encourages a calmer approach to beachside living. Separated from the more bustling local hubs, Warana is where to go if you want to experience a relaxing and breezy holiday away.
House rules
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

- This is a 2 storey house with no internal access to the upper level. (2 separate units) Downstairs there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms+ 2 bathrooms + kitchen.
- The garage allows space for only two vehicles.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

Access description
- From the street enter through the gate and make your way to the front door.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.
