THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The Shepherd’s Hut is arranged on a single level.
Bedroom:
King-size bed, bedside table and lamp.
Living Area:
Open-plan space , window seating nook perfect for reading, relaxing, or watching the burn, breakfast bar for two.
Kitchen:
Compact but fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware
Bathroom:
Shower room with luxury fittings, wash basin, mirror, towel rail and WC.
Outside:
Private garden area with seating, ideal for coffee or reading in the countryside
Wood-burning hot tub overlooking the stream beneath the stars
Quiet lane with occasional friendly dog walkers passing by
There is a designated parking spot located just before the hut, on the left-hand side of the road verge.
