The apartment is on the first floor of a property carefully renovated by our family. 73 square metres, bright and thoughtfully laid out. The air-conditioned living area looks out at the lake from multiple windows: blue in the morning, warm light in the afternoon, reflections on the water in the evening.
The long balcony is the heart of the home: an open view of Lake Garda, breakfasts together, sunshine during the day, lights on the water in the evening. There's room for everyone — and that's what makes it special.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a second small terrace, perfect for a coffee in the open air.
The double bedroom has a lake view and ceiling fan. Beds can be arranged as a double or as two singles on request. The second bedroom is air-conditioned and has a bunk bed (2 single beds at the base + 1 on top). For bookings of 6 guests, an additional single bed is set up.
The bathroom is modern, with a spacious shower and double sink. All rooms have mosquito screens and ceiling fans.
Limone Apt. welcomes families who want to be together without giving up space, and is also perfect for those who love sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and SUP, thanks to its location and the garage for equipment. Next to the property there is a municipal playground.
On arrival you will find bed linen, towels, essentials for the first few days and a starter supply of detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher — everything you need to start without worries.
