Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing villa in San Zeno!!

Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!

Fabulous House & Location

We spent three nights at this house in San Zeno and cannot recommend it enough. The house was exactly as described and the photos precise. It was clean, comfortable and Renate was quick to respond and be in communication. We went with our three children (12, 10, 6) and they enjoyed every minute of it- particularly the pool! We also loved the area- an unknown area for us previously and a spot we plan to go back to. Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience!

This was our first visit to Lake Garda and it certainly will not be our last! Renate is a superb host - she is always available to answer any questions and takes a real interest in ensuring that your stay is perfect. The house itself is very clean, well maintained and comfortable- but the best part is the view of the lake which is absolutely breathtaking. We would thoroughly recommend this property and have no doubt we will be back - thank you to Renate and her family for an amazing vacation 😊

Amazing Villa

Would highly recommend this villa. The views are absolutely amazing, just as in the photos. You wake up to a panoramic lakeside view. Private pool was lovely. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owner Renate was very helpful and was always at hand to make sure we had the best stay. Location is good- we hired a car and it was easy to visit other towns on the Lake. Also lots of nice restaurants in the village of San Zeno, a few minutes drive away. One of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in -would definitely go back!

Wonderful View!

The property was in an excellent location and was a perfect stay. The property was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had plenty of space for all 6 of us and the garage was large enough for both cars. The luggage lift was also a great surprise! The terrace was spectacular and breathtaking views all day! The pool was also very beautiful and clean and perfect for the warm summer days! We were greatly impressed with the organization and appreciated the detailed instructions.

Beautiful home

The home was lovely with spectacular views and fabulous outdoor spaces. We were impressed by how spotless the kitchen and the pool were upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had hot water and good water pressure. The wifi was strong and easy to stay connected. It was nice to have a garage available and it was large enough to fit a full-sized car. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we slept well. I’d recommend it to others.

Toller Blick ĂŒber den Gardasee, von Riva bis Salo

Der Ausblick des Hauses war einfach phĂ€nomenal. Bei entsprechendem Wetter von Riva bis Salo, einfach toll. Wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz dem deutschen, gehobenen Standard. Zwei volle BĂ€der und eine GĂ€stetoilette, einfach super. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und wir können Frau Koblbauer nur zu Ambiente gratulieren. Insgesamt sind es fĂŒnf Ă€ußerlich gleich aussehende HĂ€user, die zum Teil im Privatbesitz sind. Drei wurden an FeriengĂ€ste vermietet, die gemeinsam einen kleinen, aber feinen Pool nutzen konnten. Eine eigene Doppelgarage pro Haus mit Lift fĂŒr GepĂ€ck stand ebenfalls zur VerfĂŒgung. Die kompetente, freundliche und professionelle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war völlig problemlos.

Ein sehr schönes, exklusives und gepflegtes Anwesen mit Traumblick. Gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt im Relais San Zeno hat uns (4 Erwachense, 2 Kinder (1,4) sehr gut gefallen. Das GebĂ€ude, die Zimmer und die Gartenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und entsprechen der AnkĂŒndigung. Der Blick ĂŒber den Gardasee war dabei sicher ein Highlight. Die nette Gastgeberin bewirtschaftet die HĂ€user sehr professionell und liebevoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufgrund der Beschreibung waren unsere Erwartungen sehr hoch angesiedelt.Diese wurden aber komplett bei weitem ĂŒbertroffen.Das super hochwertig ausgestattete Haus, der Pool und der neue Whirlpool fĂŒr 6 Personen, die exponierte Lage mit sensationellen Traumblick, die absolute Ruhe, die Ă€ußerst nette Vermieterin usw sind einfach nur superb!!! Die gesamte Anlage ist von der Besitzerin picobello gepfegt.Wir hatten oft gar keine rechte Lust dieses herrliche Fleckchen Erde zu verlassen. Wir kommen wieder ! Helga, Gabi, Werner und Gerhard

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Zeno! Das Haus liegt herrlich mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zudem hatte sie noch Klasse Tipps zum Einkaufen und fĂŒr Restaurants. Wenn Gardasee, dann nur noch hier!

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he sind einwandfrei und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Bardolino oder Garda. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Entspannung

Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage waren einfach spitze. Es fehlte an nichts. Ein schöner, ruhiger Ort zur Entspannung. Frau Koblbauer - die Vermieterin - hat alles getan, damit wir uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefĂŒhlt haben. Wir kommen sicher nochmal :-) Dankeschön!

Traumhaft schön-sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit unglaublichem Blick auf den Gardasee bei einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Alle Angaben entsprechen den Tatsachen, es ist in Wirklichkeit eher noch schöner. ZusĂ€tzlicher Pluspunkt: Da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich des Hauses sind, sind sie immer angenehm kĂŒhl. In San Zeno war es immer ca 4 Grad kĂ€lter, als am Gardasee, was besonders an sehr warmen Tagen vorteilhaft ist. FĂŒr uns als Familie mit Kleinkind absolut perfekte Unterkunft.
