A peaceful, safe and spacious family home for a relaxing holiday, includes a jetty for the boating and water sport enthusiasts!
This comfortable, bright and airy home offers 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a pool and open plan, easy living. (x2 bedrooms are en suite. bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom)
The sunny deck and pool completes the ambiance of being on permanent holiday.
Situated in a well manicured private estate, serenity and peace of mind are elements to be treasured. A short walk to the moorings and you have access to The Quays, a deli and a few other shops. A 4 min drive and you're at the beach.
This property includes a domestic lady x3 per week and gardener x1 per week
Solar and well point installed.
