The fully air-conditioned villa features a spacious living area with large windows opening to the terrace, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen and a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs via the unique open staircase, the indulgent master suite boasts a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and private dressing room, while two further bedrooms plus a nursery, offer flexible accommodation for families of all ages.


Set in one of the hamlets of Peillon, Villa Riviera Nova is well placed for exploring the best of the French Riviera. The medieval heart of Peillon is a hidden gem of cobbled streets and clifftop views, reached via winding roads through the hills. Only a 20-minute drive from Nice, Villa Riviera Nova offers a contemporary escape amidst the rugged landscapes of the city’s hinterland. Set in one of Peillon’s hamlets, this location balances the charm of natural surroundings with proximity to the glamour and culture of the Côte d’Azur. The old part of Peillon (3km) is a medieval perched village reached via winding roads, an enchanting place to explore with its narrow streets, tall stone houses and dramatic position on a rocky spur.


Just 14km away lies the radiant city of Nice, where guests can stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, discover world-renowned museums or savour fresh produce at the colourful Cours Saleya market. A little further along the coast, the old harbour of Villefranche-sur-Mer (16km) enchants with its vibrant waterfront and pastel-hued facades, while Beaulieu-sur-Mer (16km) offers refined dining, botanical gardens, lovely beaches and elegant Belle Époque villas.


For lovers of coastal beauty and tranquillity, the peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat (19km) is an unmissable gem, ideal for scenic hikes and swimming in crystalline coves.
