Aloe 410 - Light and friendly apartment
Light 40m2 apartment located centrally in Playa del Inglés containing living room, balcony, kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe.
Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV with more than 300 channels (Mainly German and some English) and HiFi Stereo.
Located on 4th floor so you get a beautiful view over the garden and Maspalomas
Be aware !!
Today is the apartment NOT renovated, but in "standard" condition. No luxury but everyting working and reduced price until rebuild planned for summer 2026.
Rebuild will include new floor, windows, doors, AC in bedroom, kitchen, beds and furniture. More details to come - Until then enjoy the reduced price :-)
