La Maison d’Amis (90 m²) at “Domaine de Gargoris” is a charming, independent gîte for 2 people. Ideal for couples (optionally with a child) seeking comfort and privacy in a peaceful, green setting.

The space:

The estate is located in Pont-du-Casse, very close to Agen, between Bordeaux and Toulouse.
A sunny, gently rolling region that is perfect for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying the relaxed French lifestyle.

Agen (10 min.) has a charming historic center, lively markets, lovely terraces, restaurants, and the Canal de Garonne. The region is famous for its prunes and its quality of life.

In the surrounding area you will find:
-beautiful bastide villages
-lakes and natural parks
-family activities (theme parks, treetop adventure parks, water parks)
-golf courses and numerous cycling routes

And for those who prefer to stay on the estate: everything is here to do absolutely nothing.

Perched on a hill in a peaceful valley lies our 2.5-hectare estate, offering wide views and complete tranquility.

On the property you will find several quiet seating areas, gardens, and nature all around. There are fruit trees and a large 10 × 5 meter swimming pool. For extra relaxation, you can book a massage.
A 17th-century bread oven is a reminder of the rich history of the place.

Part of the land is a quiet zone, where you mostly hear nature — and with a bit of luck you might spot deer or pheasants. Children can play freely, and our cats and chickens roam happily around the property.

On the estate you will find three unique accommodations:
-the spacious Grange
-the charming Maison d’Amis
-a cozy Chambre d’Hôtes

All accommodations have been carefully renovated, combining authentic natural stone with modern comfort, and each has its own terrace or private garden area.

We kindly ask our guests to leave the accommodation clean and tidy upon departure. If you prefer to relax until the last moment, we will gladly take care of the final cleaning for €75.
