The apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small wardrobe, a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a coffee table and a relaxation armchair. The covered loggia is directly connected to the living room.



An archway leads from the living room into the hallway, which is equipped with a large wardrobe, and continues into the bright and welcoming bedroom with panoramic lake views. The bedroom includes a comfortable box-spring bed, an open wardrobe system and an armchair with a small table. The covered balcony adjoining the bedroom invites you to relax, with comfortable outdoor armchairs and a table.



The stylishly furnished bathroom with a window offers plenty of space for your personal items.



The flat-screen TV is Wi-Fi enabled, and international channels are of course available.



The apartment (1st floor) offers ample space for 4 people. Cozy little retreat areas and the lovingly designed interior create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The communal outdoor pool (open depending on weather conditions from mid-April to mid-October) with its sun terrace is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. From here too, you can enjoy a stunning view.
