Casa Mira is located in the Smeralda residential complex, equipped with an automatic gate and parking for a small and medium-sized car. Before reaching the house on the first floor with an elevator, you have to climb two comfortable flights of external stairs. It includes an entrance, a living area with kitchenette, dining area and lounge with double sofa bed. The living room leads to the balcony furnished with table and chairs with sea view, ideal for relaxing. The property includes a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a double bedroom with an additional single bed, accommodating up to 4 people with a maximum capacity of 5. Air conditioning, WIFI and bed and bath linen are included.

The site
Casa Mira is located in the private district of Pineta, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a quiet location. A short distance away, you can reach the characteristic De Andrè waterfront, an illuminated walking and cycling path on the old railway, with a view of the cliff. In the area there are also beaches and sports clubs for those who love surfing, SUP and freediving, ideal for a balance between relaxation and sport. In the central area of La Pineta, other paid activities such as swimming pool, 9-hole golf, tennis, horse riding and children's play area. Security is guaranteed by continuous surveillance and monitored accesses to ensure protection and constant control. It is IMPORTANT to communicate the license plates at the time of booking or a few days before arrival for access to Pineta.
