Open the front door and find yourself right on the beach, with the sea just a stone`s throw away. It can happen for real at Casa Blasi, a vacation home located right on the seafront of Campo di Mare, on the coast of San Pietro Vernotico.
The vacation home has a sea-view veranda, is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, microwave and outdoor shower.
Casa Blasi comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Pets allowed.

Casa Blasi is a terraced house with two entrances: the main one located right on the beach of Campo di Mare, with a semi-covered veranda furnished for spending time outdoors, and a second entrance at the back, along a small street where it`s easier to find parking.
The interior is simple and cozy, ideal for a stress-free stay.
The living room is furnished with a dining area and a double sofa bed. Next to it is the eat-in kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, both air-conditioned. Completing the house is 1 shower room.
Casa Blasi is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached cottage, is independent and autonomous.
The sea-view veranda directly overlooks the walkway leading to the beach.

Casa Blasi is located right on the beach of Campo di Mare, a seaside resort joined to the marina of Torre San Gennaro, along the Adriatic coast that falls within the territory of San Pietro Vernotico.
The house allows you to reach all services on foot, as well as the sea located right in front.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
