My interaction with Myriam was very good. She was prompt and courteous and offers a nice apartment in a convenient section of town. We felt very safe there and in the general area. A parking spot is "available" for a cost and is conveniently located around the corner from the apartment. It is a tight fit to get into the parking garage and the space...but it worked pretty well.To the best of my understanding, this apartment is managed by a 3rd party, Stasi Properties. I would stay that the communication with them was not as prompt as I would have preferred, but all communications came together at the end.In all it was a good experience.
