The apartment is located within the Capo d'Arco complex on the east coast of the Island of Elba, Tuscany, in the beautiful natural reserve of the Tuscan Archipelago Park. Guests can benefit from all the services of the complex: 4 swimming pools (2 freshwater and 2 seawater), 2 tennis courts, a soccer field, beach volleyball, table tennis, a mini market, 2 restaurants/pizzerias (one with a sea view), and 2 bars.

Near the freshwater pools, there is a free wifi area.

The pools open around the last weeks of May and close at the end of September. Access is free; sunbeds and umbrellas are for a fee.

The beach and seawater pools are a 5-minute walk away, and the freshwater pools are an 8-minute walk. There is also a sandy beach called Il Coccodrillo, ideal for children, 5 minutes from the house.
