Pézenas / Nizas, Quiet comfort near the sea (30 km), 7km from Pézenas.
House on a plot of 600 m² planted with trees in a small housing estate with shell pool of 6.2 x 4 maximum depth 1.55m with steps to descend, installed in a part of the garden completely closed and out of sight. Fully enclosed parking. Possibility to park vehicles inside (max 4). You have a large dining room living room of 40 m² and a spacious fully equipped kitchen, as well as 4 large bedrooms (equipped with fitted cupboards) including 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Possibility of 2 cots on request. 1 independent WC. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and 1 WC.
Two terraces are at your disposal as well as a barbecue.
5 minutes from the motorway, 30 minutes from Cap d'Agde and Béziers, 35 minutes from Montpellier, Sète, etc. Close to sea, hinterland, lakes, scrubland, etc. wine route, water sports, outdoor and nature activities.

Heerlijk zonnig verblijf

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaars. We voelden ons meteen thuis in deze ruime woning. Alles was ruimschoots voorzien om met 8 mensen te leven. Extra badkamer zou wenselijk zijn. Verder geen opmerkingen. Wij hebben genoten van begin tot eind!

Séjour au calme entre terre et mer

Séjour agréable dans les terres, au milieu des vignobles, mais pas trop loin du bord de mer, les gorges de l'Hérault et le lac du Salagou sont également proches. Maison agréable, avec de grandes pièces et une piscine sans vis-à-vis. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Avec la clim en plus cela aurait été plus que parfait. Voiture indispensable pour se ravitailler. Merci pour l'accueil et peut être à un de ces jours !

Fantastic stay in Nizas

The property is very spacious and very clean. It really does have everything you could possibly need including a fantastic swimming pool. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a thorough overview of everything. Communication with the host was excellent and nothing was too much trouble; she even booked a vet appointment for us! An absolutely fantastic holiday in an amazing property with a great host. We will be returning next year!

Wonderful house in a quiet quaint little French village.

House was very comfortable and clean. Our only confusion was that the owner doesn’t include any towels. She only speaks French so I never talked with her, but had my local French check with her. She said that it was in the paperwork somewhere but I never saw it anywhere. Fortunately, we had friends in the village and they had us covered. Otherwise that would have been a challenge especially when traveling by plane and train. There is a washing machine but only outdoor clothes line to dry. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Wonderful place if you want a nice quiet stay in the area!

Nous avons passées de bonnes vacances dans un village très calme avec une petite épicerie où il y a du pain de la viande des journaux et la base en épicerie... la piscine est parfaite, les 4 chambres sont grandes et la cuisine est très bien achalandée... la propriétaire est sympa... la seule critique serait que le jardin n'est pas tellement entretenu mais bon... le côté piscine est parfait... Je recommande...

A wonderful place to stay

We had a fantastic fortnight at this lovely house. The house is a good size; the pictures don't really do it justice. It is also very well-equipped for entertaining, relaxing or whatever takes your fancy. The rooms stayed pleasantly cool even on the hottest days, although a fan was needed at night. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We all loved the swimming pool, which was much needed in the heat. It is securely fenced-off in a pleasant back garden so we didn't need to worry about the children or dog getting in there unsupervised. The village if Nizas is very tranquil. There aren't any shops, however there is a small bar that does excellent pizzas, including take-away. Nearby Caux has more of the usual shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocer etc) and there are some excellent markets in places like Clermont l'Herault and Pezenas.

Nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour à Niaz, à coté de Pézenas qui est une très jolie ville avec beaucoup de choses à visiter. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.

PARFAIT ! Superbe semaine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique maison ou rien ne manque...Tout est prévu pour le bien être des vacanciers. Nous avons par ailleurs été séduits par le charme la région. Un grand merci également pour l'accueil qui a été plus que parfait. Attention les photos ne donne pas la grandeur réel des pièces ... c'est beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos,très appréciables !!!
