You have a large dining room living room of 40 m² and a spacious fully equipped kitchen, as well as 4 large bedrooms (equipped with fitted cupboards) including 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Possibility of 2 cots on request. 1 independent WC. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and 1 WC.
Two terraces are at your disposal as well as a barbecue.
5 minutes from the motorway, 30 minutes from Cap d'Agde and Béziers, 35 minutes from Montpellier, Sète, etc. Close to sea, hinterland, lakes, scrubland, etc. wine route, water sports, outdoor and nature activities.
