The property is located in the quiet, safe, and quaint neighbourhood of Bearsden, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.



You’ll find local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, along with essential amenities. The area offers a great mix of accessibility and peaceful surroundings.

A 5 minute train journey takes you to the start of the infamous West Highland way. The bonnie banks of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is short 20/25 minute drive away with that hosts breathtaking views, wild life and activities. The small heritage village of Luss, is a must see whilst the historical, River Clyde, a few minutes drive away next to the beautiful town of Helensburgh.



Boclair House is a short 4 minute drive from the property which has access to leisure activities such as jacuzzi, pool activities and food and drink.

Other Things to Note:

Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January.



For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.



This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fee will apply if this policy is not respected.



We do not allow parties, hen or stag parties. Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 8pm and 8am as the property is located in a residential community with many children.
