Exteriors and swimming pool
Around the villa there is a very well-kept garden of approximately 400 m2, full of flowers and with the typical "English" lawn and in front, in a panoramic position, is the in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape measuring 8x4 with a depth of 1.20 metres, around which the paved solarium area develops, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an external shower; near the swimming pool there is also a brick barbecue and a porch furnished with outdoor lounges and equipped with table and chairs to enjoy a breakfast overlooking the pool or delicious outdoor dinners. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An automatic gate leads to the inside of the property where there is private parking.Interior
The villa of approximately 170 m2, has been recently renovated and embellished with modern finishes. It is spread over two floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito nets and independent entrance to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. We find the entrance by passing through a wide porch furnished with an outdoor sitting area, two comfortable deck chairs, a table with 6 chairs, located right in front of the pool. On the right of the entrance there is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and on the left there is a dining room, a lounge with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Position
Villa Mary is immersed in the famous Tuscan countryside among rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves halfway between Florence and Siena. It is the ideal place for all those who love a holiday of relaxation and nature. Excellent tranquility and privacy. Nice view of the surrounding hills.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning or heating), wi-fi internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Access to the villa via automatic gate. On the first floor there is an empty apartment. Arrival must take place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (for arrivals after 8.00pm and before 12.00am a supplement of 50 euros will be paid on site). Any arrival outside the 5pm-8pm time slot must be agreed in advance.Activities and Distances
